Most roofs in Lebanon are constructed using reinforced concrete which may have pores or gradually develops cracks. We offer several methods of water proofing them. They include:
- Liquid-applied membranes. Liquid-applied membranes are applied on site in a liquid form which is allowed to set and form into a water impermeable membrane. They are either tar based (applied when heated) or polymeric-based membranes that can be applied when they are cold. Liquid-applied membranes are seamless, semi-flexible, easy to apply and maintain.
- Pre-formed sheet membranes. They are polymer-modified membranes that are applied by heat or attached with an adhesive. They have excellent resistance against stresses created by wind, temperature fluctuation and normal structural expansion and contraction of the building.
